摘要
目的 探究无痛肠镜的临床效果和安全性。方法 将时间设定在2022年1—5月,选取此阶段湘乡市人民医院接收的结肠镜诊疗患者220例进行分析,根据患者意愿将220例患者分为两组,其中108例运用普通肠镜诊疗的患者归入对照组,112例运用无痛肠镜诊疗的患者归入研究组。分析不同组别诊疗效果。结果 在为患者进行诊疗服务前,研究组的生命体征情况、血氧饱和度与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。在为患者进行诊疗服务中,研究组的生命体征情况、血氧饱和度均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),研究组的操作时间、检查成功率、诊疗满意度均好于对照组,且不良反应发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将无痛胃肠镜诊疗服务实施在患者诊治服务中,可维持患者血压稳定,保障血氧饱和度,增强检查效果,降低不良反应发生率,且在患者方面获得广泛认可,接受程度较高,适用范围较广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of painless enteroscopy.Methods The time was set between January and May 2022.A total of 220 patients diagnosed and treated by colonoscopy in Xiangxiang People’s Hospital during this period were selected and analyzed.According to the wishes of the patients,the 220patients were divided into two groups,of which 108 patients diagnosed and treated by ordinary enteroscopy were included in the control group,and 112 patients diagnosed and treated by painless enteroscopy were included in the research group.To analyze the diagnosis and treatment effects of different groups.Results There were no significant differences in vital signs and blood oxygen saturation between the study group and the control group before diagnosis and treatment(P > 0.05).In the diagnosis and treatment services for patients,the vital signs and oxygen saturation of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The operation time,examination success rate and diagnosis and treatment satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients can maintain stable blood pressure,ensure blood oxygen saturation,enhance the examination effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it has been widely recognized and accepted by patients,with a wide application range.
