“1+X”证书制度融入职业教育“三教”改革的逻辑内涵与实践路径——基于广东轻工职业技术学院专业认证思维视角 被引量:2

摘要 “1+X”证书制度是新时代提升职业教育人才培养质量的重大制度创新,“三教”改革是高职院校当前施行的重要教学改革。二者存在着相当大的关联性,并有内生和外在两大耦合逻辑。“1+X”证书内容融入“三教”改革,存在着面向“X”证书的教师多维能力不足、面向“X”证书的教材类型特色不鲜明、面向“X”证书的教法单一滞后等问题。为推动职业教育高质量发展,基于认证思维的视角,“X”证书内容融入“三教”改革的3大实践路向应是构建“双师型”多能力教师队伍、开发“整合型”新形态教材体系,并基于“岗课赛证”需求采用“自主性”较强的多样化教学方式。 “1+X”certificate system is a major institutional innovation to improve the quality of vocational education talent training in the new era.“Three reforms of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”is an important teaching reform in higher vocational education.There is a considerable correlation between them,and there are two coupling logics:endogenous and external.For now,there are three major problems in the integration of“1+X certificate system”content into“Three Reforms of Teachers,Teaching Materials and Teaching Methods”:Facing“X”certificate,the lack of multi-dimensional ability of Teachers,the unclear characteristics of textbooks,and the single and lagging teaching methods.In order to promote the high-quality development of vocational education,from the perspective of professional accreditation,there are three practical directions:to build“double-position”multidimensional ability teachers,develop integrated new form textbooks,and“post course competition and certificate”to promote autonomous diversified teaching methods.
