摘要
本文对一台90kW可变速发电电动机样机进行研究,利用有限元法分析其空载谐波特性,分别考虑变流器谐波和电机本体齿谐波对空载电压波形的影响,确定可变速发电电动机齿谐波的影响因素。通过试验验证有限元仿真的正确性。在此基础上,采用定子斜槽、定子和转子开辅助槽的方法降低了定子电压的波形畸变率,达到标准要求。
In this paper,a 90kW variable speed generator motor prototype is studied,and its no-load harmonic characteristics are analyzed by finite element method.The influence of the converter power supply harmonics and the motor body tooth harmonics on the no-load voltage waveform is considered respectively,and the influence factors of the tooth harmonics of the variable-speed generator are determined.The correctness of finite element simulation is verified through experiments.On this basis,the stator skewed slot,opening auxiliary slots on the stator and rotor are adopted to reduce the waveform distortion rate of stator voltage and meet the standard requirements.
