摘要
广西开放大学探索学历继续教育“二元制”人才培养模式改革,按照职业通用能力、职业个性能力和综合拓展能力对应培养,探索出一条适应在岗在村特别是农民工、新型产业工人以及中小微企业人才培养的有效途径。
Guangxi Open University is conducting reform of training talents under a dual system in continuing education.According to the professional general competence,professional individual competence and comprehensive abilities,the University has explored an effective pathway of training talents including migrant workers,new-type industrial workers and employees working in micro,small and medium-sized enterprises.
