摘要
LPG储罐用A537CL2钢产品的力学性能要求很高。将A537CL2试验钢热轧至不同的厚度(16、30和33mm),之后进行淬火、回火试验,综合分析其组织和性能。结果表明:试验钢中,有害元素S、P含量得到高质量稳定控制,S≤0.0008wt%,P≤0.01wt%。试验钢经(890±10)℃淬火,620~680℃温度区间回火后,力学性能优异且稳定,屈服强度≥465MPa,抗拉强度≥585MPa,伸长率A_(50)≥27%,-50℃横向冲击功≥207 J。调质态钢板组织均为贝氏体+少量的铁素体组织;冲击断口形貌呈现为韧性断裂,出现的板条贝氏体板条束细小是高强韧性的主要来源。
The requirements of mechanical properties of A537CL2 steel products for LPG storage tanks are very high.A537CL2 test steel was hot-rolled to different thicknesses(16 mm,30 mm and 33 mm).After that,quenching and tempering tests were carried out,and its microstructure and properties were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the content of S,P harmful elements in test steel are controlled with high quality and stability,and the contents are S≤0.0008%,P≤0.01%.The experimental steel is quenched at(890±10)℃and tempered at the temperature range of 620-680℃.It has excellent and stable mechanical properties,the yield strength≥465 MPa,the tensile strength≥585 MPa,the elongation A_(50)≥27%,and lateral impact energy at-50℃≥207 J.The microstructure of the quenched and tempered experimental steel is bainite and a small amount of ferrite.The impact fracture morphology is ductile fracture.The generated small bainite lath bundles are the main source of high strength and toughness.
