摘要
在教育数字化战略行动全面启动的大背景下,通过推进新兴技术与教育的深度融合,推动高校教育数字化转型成为趋势。基于此,本文根据区块链技术分布式账本、共识机制、智能合约、留痕可追溯等特点,针对目前存在的传统数字化资源平台开放程度不高、资源版权确权难、资源安全和质量难以保障等问题,探索基于新兴区块链技术,从资源发布、资源交易、运营管理、接口管理等层面构建高校数字化教育资源开放服务平台,以期为开放式的数字化资源服务平台建设提供新模式。
Under the background of the comprehensive launch of the strategic action of educational digitalization, we will ad⁃ vance the digital transformation of higher education by promoting the deep integration of emerging technologies and education. Based on this, this paper uses the characteristics of blockchain technology, such as distributed ledger, consensus mechanism, smart contract, trace traceability, and so on. In view of the problems existing in the current traditional digital resource platform, such as the low degree of openness, the difficulty in confirming resource copyright, and the difficulty in ensuring resource security and qual⁃ ity, this paper explores the new blockchain technology from the aspects of resource release, resource transaction, operation manage⁃ ment and interface management, etc. to construct the open service platform of digital educational resources in colleges and universi⁃ ties, aiming at providing a new model for the construction of open digital resource service platform.
