摘要
目的分析中药敷脐护理干预促进肝胆脾术后患者肠蠕动恢复的临床效果。方法选择2020年3月—2021年2月收治的124例肝胆脾术后患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分对照组(62例)和观察组(62例),其中对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上配合中药敷脐护理干预,比较2组的胃肠功能恢复情况、T淋巴细胞水平。结果观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后第6天,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药敷脐护理干预应用于肝胆脾术后患者中,可以有效加速肠道蠕动功能的恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine umbilical application nursing intervention in promoting the recovery of intestinal peristalsis in patients with liver,gallbladder and spleen surgery.Methods A total of 124 patients after hepatobiliary and spleen surgery admitted from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(62 cases)and the observation group(62 cases).The recovery of gastrointestinal function and the level of T lymphocytes were compared between the two groups.Results The intestinal sound recovery time,exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 6th day after operation,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine umbilical nursing intervention in promoting postoperative liver,gallbladder and spleen patients can effectively accelerate the recovery of intestinal peristalsis function.
