摘要
目的分析对腰椎骨折残留腰痛患者使用杜仲汤配合中药熏蒸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月漳州市中医院收治的腰椎骨折术后残留腰痛患者72例,采用随机抽取法分组,研究组36例,用杜仲汤配合中药熏蒸治疗,对照组36例,用杜仲汤配合热敷治疗,比较2组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、不良反应、中医证候积分、日常生活能力评分(Barthel)、傅格-梅尔氏运动功能评定量表(FMMS)、功能综合评定量表评分(FCA)以及生活质量评分。结果研究组的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),VAS评分、中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),Barthel评分、Fmms Fugl-Meyer评分、FCA评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎骨折术后残留腰痛患者使用杜仲汤配合中药熏蒸治疗可提高生活质量,不良反应低,有助于改善患者肢体功能和日常生活能力,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Duzhong decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with residual low back pain of lumbar fracture.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,72 patients with residual low back pain after lumbar fracture surgery in Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.They were randomly divided into two groups.36 patients in the study group were treated with Duzhong decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and 36 patients in the control group were treated with eucommia decoction combined with hot compress.VAS score,adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Barthel score,Fugl Myer score FCA score and quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no difference in adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05),VAS score and TCM syndrome score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),Barthel score,Fugl Myer score and FCA score were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Duzhong decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of residual low back pain after lumbar fracture surgery can improve the quality of life,with low adverse reactions,improve the limb function and daily living ability of patients,which is worthy of application.
