摘要
本研究首先采用Excel进行数据处理分析,用Arc Gis 10.2构图软件统计分析贵州省水产种质资源保护区的数量、面积、保护对象以及空间分布等,再将贵州省水产种质资源保护区空间分布按照贵州长江流域和珠江流域两大流域,从自然和人文角度评估贵州省水产种质资源保护区(以下称保护区)的空间布局合理性,以期为保护区的建立、发展和运作管理提供科学依据。结果表明,截至2017年底,贵州省共建立国家级水产种质资源保护区24处,主要分布在乌江、沅江、珠江干支流水域,总面积为113.96 km^(2),共保护水生生物70种,包含鱼类15科62种,较好地保护了贵州省内具有较高经济价值、遗传育种价值及珍稀濒危鱼类。2010—2017年新增保护区由东向其他方向扩散,初步覆盖了省内长江、珠江流域,较好地保护了鱼类栖息地,但结构略显失衡;各市区之间保护区的分布差异较大,空间布局还需优化。
In this study,Excel was first used for data processing and analysis,and ArcGis 10.2 mapping software was used to statistically analyze the number,area,protection objects and spatial distribution of National Aquatic Germplasm Resources Reserve in Guizhou Province(hereinafter referred to as“protection area”).Then,the spatial distribution of Guizhou aquatic germplasm resources protection area is based on the two major river basins of Yangtze River and Pearl River Basin in Guizhou Province,and the rationality of the spatial layout of Guizhou aquatic germplasm resources protection areas was evaluated from the natural and human perspectives on the basis of in-depth understanding of the present situation of protected areas to provide a scientific basis for the establishment,development and operation management of the protected area.By the end of 2017,24 national aquatic germplasm resources reserves had been established in Guizhou Province,mainly in the waters of Wujiang River,Yuanjiang River and Pearl River tributaries,with a total area of 113.96 km^(2).There were 70 species of living organisms,including 62 species of fish in 15 families,especially high economic value,genetic and breeding value and rare and endangered fish in Guizhou Province to be protected.From 2010 to 2017,the new protected areas spread from east to other directions,initially covering the Yangtze River and Pearl River basins in the province,better protecting fish habitats,but slightly unbalanced structure.From the point of view of administrative division,the distribution of protected areas between urban areas is quite different,and the spatial layout needs to be optimized.
