摘要
目的汉化乳腺癌患者性生活满意度问卷并检验其信效度。方法对问卷进行汉化、咨询、预调查,确定中文版乳腺癌患者性生活满意度问卷,对110例乳腺癌患者进行测试,检验其信度和效度。结果汉化后的乳腺癌患者性生活满意度问卷经最大方差正交旋转法提取了6项公因子,17个条目,累计贡献率为76.90%,问卷总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.908,问卷总的分半信度为0.903,问卷水平的平均内容效度指数为0.931,各条目内容效度指数为0.845~1.000。结论中文版乳腺癌患者性生活满意度问卷的信度、效度良好,可作为评估我国乳腺癌患者性功能障碍和性生活满意度的有效问卷。
Objective To translate and test the reliability and validity of Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire(SEXSAT-Q)for breast cancer patients.Methods The questionnaire was conducted by Chinese localization,counseling and pre-investigation to determine the Chinese version of SEXSAT-Q,110 breast cancer patients were tested for its reliability and validity.Results The Chinese version of SEXSAT-Q for breast cancer patients was analyzed by factor analysis and maximum variance orthogonal rotation method.A total of 6 factors and 17 items were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate was 76.90%.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.908,the half reliability of the scale was 0.903,the S-CVI/Ave of the total table was 0.931,and the I-CVI of each item was 0.845~1.000.Conclusion The Chinese version of SEXSAT-Q for breast cancer patients is reliable and valid,and it can be used as a valid questionnaire to assess the sexual dysfunction and sexual satisfaction of breast cancer patients in China.
