点接触曲线构型内啮合齿轮传动接触特性分析

摘要 内啮合齿轮传动具有结构紧凑、体积小、承载能力高等特点,在行星齿轮传动机构中获得广泛应用。为进一步提高内啮合齿轮副传动性能,在齿轮共轭曲线理论的研究基础上,提出了一种点接触曲线构型内啮合齿轮传动形式,建立了点接触曲线构型内啮合齿轮传动基本数学模型,通过空间共轭曲线副实现较灵活的齿面设计,满足高性能使用需求。分析了点接触曲线构型内啮合齿轮副接触特性,建立了齿面运动分析模型,探讨了连续旋转运动下齿面实际啮合特征;提出了适用于该内啮合齿轮副的齿面重合度分析计算方法,推导了依据空间共轭曲线副评判成型齿面滑动率的一般计算公式,讨论不同参数影响下齿面滑动率变化规律;概述了点接触曲线构型内啮合齿轮副齿面法曲率计算原则,提出了齿面干涉分析依据等。研究结果表明:点接触曲线构型内啮合齿轮副接触过程为近似纯滚动状态,无较大摩擦磨损发生,易提高传动效率;构型齿面滑动率结果与齿轮模数和螺旋参数变化成反比,与传动比变化成正比。研究结果为后续构建高性能齿轮传动副奠定理论基础和技术支撑,具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。 Internal gear transmission is widely used in planetary gear transmission mechanism because of the advantages of compact structure,small volume and high load capacity.To further improve the transmission performance of internal gear pair,based on the conjugate-curve theory of gear geometry,a point-contact internal gear transmission with curve construction was proposed.The basic mathematical model of point-contact internal gear transmission with curve construction was established and more flexible design for tooth surface through spatial conjugate-curve pair could be realized to meet the high performance requirements.The contact characteristics of point-contact internal gear transmission with curve construction were analyzed.Motion analysis model of tooth surface was established,and the actual meshing law of generated tooth surface under continuous rotating motion was discussed.The calculation method of contact ratio of tooth surface was provided which was suitable for the internal gear pair.Furthermore,a general calculation formula for evaluating sliding ratios of the formed tooth surface was deduced according to the spatial conjugate-curve pair,and the influences of different design parameters on tooth surface sliding ratios were also discussed.Calculation principle of normal curvature of tooth surface was summarized and the interference analysis of tooth surface was put forward.The results show that the point-contact internal gear transmission with curve construction is approximately pure rolling state,and there is no large friction condition which can improve the transmission efficiency.The sliding ratios of generated tooth profiles are inversely proportional to the change of gear modules and spiral parameters,and they are directly proportional to the change of the transmission ratio.The researches lay the theoretical foundation and technical support for the subsequent high-performance gear pair construction,which has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
