摘要
党的二十大提出要全面推进乡村振兴,加快建设农业强国的战略任务,落实好乡村振兴战略部署,必须寻求文化艺术、文化创意、文化产业和经济社会协同发展。文创赋能乡村振兴首先需要深化文创赋能的功能与价值认知,反思存在的制约性因素;其次提出文创赋能乡村的思路与途径。论文就如何开展文创赋能激活乡村提出了五点思考,即创意设计引领乡村规划与乡村建设全过程、艺术介入带动艺术文创以激活乡村文化资源、文创“IP”开发与品牌统一运营、数字技术为乡村文创插上腾飞“翅膀”、建立政府市场社会协同的乡村文创发展新模式等。
CPC's 20th National Party Congress proposes comprehensively pushing forward rural revitalization and speeding up the construction of modern and powerful agricultural country.In order to realize this strategic aim,cultural art,cultural innovation,cultural industry must coordinate with economic and social development,and play the leading role of cultural value and function.Cultural enabling rural revitalization must firstly deepen value recognition and function of cultural innovation,in the meanwhile reflects the constraining factors;secondly,proposes thoughts and paths of cultural enabling rural revitalization.This paper suggests five points,which are innovative ideas lead rural planning and whole process of rural construction,art embedding revitalize rural cultural resources,‘IP'developing and branding together,digital technology promote fast for cultural innovation and build joined-up new model of government,market and society,for the sake of realizing cultural rebuilding,special industry revitalization and traditional society renewal.
