摘要
目的分析更年期综合征患者采用中医护理的应用效果。方法选取32例更年期综合征患者,采用计算机随机法将其分为常规护理组(采用常规护理)与中医护理组(采用常规护理联合中医护理),每组16例。比较两组护理前后临床症状情况、睡眠质量、情绪状况及生活质量。结果护理前,两组患者Kupperman评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,中医护理组患者Kupperman评分(14.02±0.16)分低于常规护理组的(19.12±2.15)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者情绪状况、睡眠质量及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,中医护理组患者情绪状况、睡眠质量评分低于常规护理组,生活质量评分高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更年期综合征患者接受中医护理后能够更好地改善临床症状,提高睡眠质量与生活质量,缓解不良情绪,具有应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods 32 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and randomly divided into conventional nursing group(conventional nursing)and traditional Chinese medicine nursing group(conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing),16 cases in each group.The clinical symptoms,sleep quality,emotional state and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Kupperman score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the Kupperman score of patients in TCM nursing group(14.02±0.16)was lower than that in conventional nursing group(19.12±2.15),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of emotional state,sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of emotional state and sleep quality of patients in the TCM nursing group were lower than those in the conventional nursing group,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the conventional nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with climacteric syndrome receiving traditional Chinese medicine nursing can better improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of sleep and life,alleviate bad emotions,has application value.
