摘要
工业互联网是企业转型升级的助推器,越来越多制造企业开始应用工业互联网,以达到降能降耗、降本增效的效果。工业互联网应用背景下影响制造企业促质增效的因素繁多,分析其中的关键因素有利于更好地推进制造企业数字化转型升级的进程,提高经济效益。本文立足工业互联网的应用层面,考虑企业的自动化水平、生产运行设备综合效能、产品远程监测效率、能耗管理及优化4个方面,运用网络图分析方法研究影响制造企业提质增效的关键因素,发现信息化车间配置、企业网络安全机制、产品监测范围等因素影响企业生产和经济效益,并根据研究结果为制造企业转型升级和互联网平台生态建设提出相应建议。
Industrial Internet is the booster of enterprise transformation and upgrading.More and more manufacturing enterprises begin to use industrial internet to reduce energy consumption,cost and efficiency.Under the background of Industrial Internet application,there are many factors that affect the promotion of quality and efficiency of manufacturing enterprises,and the analysis of the key factors is helpful to promote the process of digital transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises and improve economic benefits.Based on the application level of industrial internet,this paper considers the automation level of enterprises,the comprehensive efficiency of production and operation equipment,the efficiency of product remote monitoring,the management and optimization of energy consumption,by using the method of network graph analysis,this paper studies the key factors that affect the quality and efficiency of manufacturing enterprises,and obtains that the information shop configuration,enterprise network security mechanism,product monitoring range and other factors affect the production and economic benefits of enterprises,according to the research results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises and the ecological construction of Internet platform.
