盾构施工控制对刀盘扭矩及地表沉降影响试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 盾构施工控制合理与否直接关系到开挖面稳定及施工安全,施工控制不当将影响盾构机的工作状态,进而加大对周围环境扰动。通过自主研发的缩尺模型盾构机开展试验研究,分析盾构渣土输出对刀盘扭矩及地表沉降的影响,结果表明:盾构施工过程中的出土率直接影响土舱内的饱满度,进而影响刀具与开挖面相互作用的占比,当出土率小于1时,出土率越大,刀盘与开挖面的摩阻系数越大,刀盘扭矩也越大;刀盘开口率越大,刀盘与开挖面的相互作用面积越小,因此刀盘扭矩越小;当出土率小于1时,出土率对地表沉降影响较小;当出土率大于1时,出土率增大导致地表沉降增加显著;由于刀盘开挖直径大于盾壳外径,由此将导致一定的地表沉降。基于盾构渣土输出控制的重要性,最后提出对盾构渣输出质量进行实时监测的建议;在松散软弱地层中施工时,建议盾构机刀盘不必大于盾壳外径。 Reasonable shield tunnel construction control is directly related to the stability of excavation face and construction safety.Improper construction control will affect the working state of the shield machine and further increase the disturbance to the surrounding environment.Through the experimental research based on the self-developed scale model shield machine,the influence of shield residue output on the cutter head torque and surface settlement was analyzed.The results show that the earth mucking rate during shield construction directly affects the fullness of the soil compartment,which in turn affects the proportion of interaction between the cutter and the excavation surface.When the earth mucking rate is less than 1,the larger the earth mucking rate,the greater the friction coefficient between the cutter head and the excavation surface,and the greater the cutter head torque.The larger the opening ratio of the cutter head,the smaller the interaction area between the cutter head and the excavation surface,the smaller the torque of the cutter head.When the earth mucking rate is less than 1,the earth mucking rate has little influence on the surface subsidence.When the earth mucking rate is greater than 1,the increase of the earth mucking rate leads to a significant increase in the surface subsidence.The excavation diameter of the cutter head is larger than the outer diameter of the shield shell,which will cause certain surface settlement.Based on the importance of shield earth mucking control,suggestions of real-time monitoring of shield earth mucking quality were put forward.It is suggested that the cutter head of the shield machine should be smaller than the outer diameter of the shield shell during construction in loose and soft stratum.
