摘要
探究线上线下多元混合式教学方法在诊断学实验教学中的教学效果。在广东医科大学2019级临床医学专业12个教学班中,采用随机数字表法各抽样4个班分别作为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统教学方法,而实验组采用线上线下多元混合式教学方法,观察和统计两组学生诊断学临床技能考核成绩,评估学生对线上线下多元混合式教学法的认可程度。采用t检验分析数据后发现,实验组的诊断学临床技能考试成绩明显高于对照组。实验组学生认为,新教学方法从不同层面促进了诊断学临床技能的学习,并对提高表达能力、团队合作能力也有很大的帮助。线上线下多元混合式教学方法值得在诊断学实验教学中推广应用。
This paper is to explore the teaching effect of online and offline mixed teaching methods in Diagnostics Experimental Teaching.In the 12 clinical medicine classes of Grade 2019 in Guangdong Medical University,4 classes are selected by random number table method as the control group and the experimental group.The control group adopts traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group adopts online and offline mixed teaching methods.The results of the diagnostic clinical skills examination of the two groups of students are counted,and the recognition degree of the students to the online and offline mixed teaching method is evaluated.The test is used to analyze the data.The scores of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group.The students in the experimental group think that the online and offline mixed teaching method can promote the learning of diagnostic clinical skills from different levels,and it is also of great help to improve the expression ability and teamwork ability.The online and offline mixed teaching method is worth popularizing and applying in Diagnostics Experiment Teaching.
