摘要
刘楼铜铁矿选厂为解决生产中球磨磨矿粗颗粒偏多对浮选造成的影响,同时提高选厂处理量,对选厂进行了技改,将一段球磨改为两段磨矿。经论证分析对比,采用塔磨机+新型陶瓷磨矿介质的方式作为二段磨矿,相比球磨作业至相同的磨矿细度,不仅降低了磨矿成本,浮选和磁选指标也得到了较大改善,浮选铜回收率提高2个百分点,铁精矿品位提高约1个百分点,不仅高效利用了矿石资源,且经济效益显著。
In order to solve the influence of too many coarse particle size of ball mill grinding on flota⁃tion in production,and at the same time increase the processing capacity of the concentrator,Liulou Cop⁃per-Iron Mine Dressing Plant carried out the technical transformation and changed one-stage ball mill into two-stage grinding.Through demonstration,analysis and comparison,the method of tower mill+new ce⁃ramic grinding medium is used as the second stage grinding.Compared with ball milling to the same grind⁃ing fineness,it not only reduces the grinding cost,but also greatly improves the flotation and magnetic sep⁃aration indexes.The recovery rate of copper flotation is increased by two percentage points,and the grade of iron concentrate is increased by about one percentage point.It not only makes efficient use of ore resourc⁃es,but also has remarkable economic benefits.
