摘要
全国县级以上公共图书馆评估定级工作是国务院文化主管部门对公共图书馆履行监督管理职能的有效手段,有效促进了公共图书馆事业发展。梳理历次评估定级工作可知,上等级馆必备条件总体在提高,评估标准更加规范化、科学化。对照评估定级标准,公共图书馆可以从多个方面入手,进一步加强自身建设,提升服务水平和服务效能。同时,评估定级工作负责部门也应建立更为科学的评估标准体系,逐步完善评估机制,促进评估定级工作更有效和可持续开展。
The grade evaluation of national public libraries at or above the county level is an effective means for national cultural administrative authorities to perform the supervision and management function of the public libraries,which effectively promotes the development of public libraries.It is known from sorting the previous grade evaluation work that the necessary conditions of the upper grade libraries are generally being improved,and the evaluation standards are becoming more standardized and scientific.According to the grade evaluation standards,public libraries can start from many aspects to further strengthen their own construction and improve their service level and efficiency.At the same time,the departments in charge of the evaluation work should also establish a more scientific evaluation standard system,gradually improve the evaluation mechanism,and promote the more effective and sustainable development of the grade evaluation work.
