水利工程回转式清污机自动润滑系统的研制

摘要 随着工业4.0的到来,人类对环境需求的不断重视,促使污水处理设备越来越走向自动化与智能化。在新型智能化污水处理设备不断推出的条件下,对已有的污水处理设备进行自动化、智能化的改造,也是促进环境优化的行之有效的方法之一。文章根据某水利泵站的实际情况,以国家现行相关规范为依据,对深圳市水利工程回转式清污机自动润滑系统的研制进行了总结,以进一步完善深圳市水利工程水利泵站机电设备智能化运行。 With the arrival of industry 4.0,people pay more attention to the environmental needs,which makes the sewage treatment equipment more and more automatic and intelligent.With the continuous introduction of new intelligent sewage treatment equipment,at present,the automatic and intelligent transformation of existing sewage treatment equipment is also one of the effective methods to promote environmental optimization.According to the actual situation of a water conservancy pump station and the current relevant national specifications,this paper analyzes and summarizes the methods before and after the transformation of the development project of the automatic lubrication system of the rotary trash cleaning machine in Shenzhen water conservancy project.It provides a reference for further improving the intelligent operation of the electromechanical equipment of the water pump station of Shenzhen water conservancy project.
