摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆改善高血压患者睡眠、生活质量和负性情绪的效果。方法选择2019年2月—2020年12月佛山复星禅诚医院中西医结合科收治的高血压患者50例,随机分为对照组(n=25)和耳穴组(n=25),两组均给予常规治疗和护理,耳穴组在此基础上联合使用耳穴压豆,疗程为5 d。比较两组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、杜氏高血压生活质量量表、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression Scale,SDS)的变化。结果干预后耳穴组PSQI量表各维度分数及总分、SDS评分和SAS评分均明显低于对照组和干预前,杜氏高血压生活质量量表评分均明显高于对照组和干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆可以改善高血压患者的睡眠质量、生活质量和负性情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of ear acupoint bean pressing to improve sleep,quality of life and negative emotions in hypertensive patients.Methods 50 hypertensive patients admitted to the department of integrative medicine of Foshan Fuxing Chancheng Hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=25)and the ear acupoint bean pressing group(n=25),both groups were given conventional treatment and care,and the auricular acupuncture group used ear acupoint bean pressing in combination with this treatment for 5 d.The changes in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Duchenne hypertension quality of life scale,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and selfrating depression scale(SDS)were compared before and after treatment.Results After the in tervention,the PSQI scalescores and total scores of all dimensions,SDS scores and SAS scores in the ear acupoint bean pressing group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before the intervention,and the Duchenne Hypertension Quality of Life Scale scores were significantly higher than those in the control group and before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupoint bean pressing can improve sleep quality,quality of life and negative emotions in hypertensive patients.
