摘要
目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医学生线上学习状况及自主学习能力,为医学院校线上教学活动提供合理化建议。方法:采用整群抽样的方法对某医学院2018级临床医学专业学生线上学习设备及网络流量使用、线上课堂参与及面临的问题与解决途径、学生自主学习能力等情况进行问卷调查。结果:城镇学生在学习设备、网络流量使用方面优于农村学生(P<0.05)。学习过程中遇到问题时,男生首选上网搜索答案,女生首选回看教学视频或课件,男女生在知识点疑惑的解决途径上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医学生自主学习能力之间存在差异,城镇学生信息能力高于农村学生、自我管理能力低于农村学生(P<0.05);女生自我管理能力高于男生、信息能力低于男生(P<0.05);课前预习的学生自我管理能力较强(P<0.05),课堂认真听课、积极互动的学生学习合作能力较强(P<0.05),课后按时完成作业的学生自我管理能力、信息能力与学习合作能力都较强(P<0.05)。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响医学生的学习状态,线上学习存在城乡差异与性别差异,自主学习能力强的学生线上课堂参与度好。
Objective:To investigate the online learning status and independent learning ability of medical students during the epidemic of COVID-19,and to provide reasonable suggestions for online teaching in medical colleges.Methods:The cluster sampling method was used to investigate the online learning situation in students of grade 2018 majoring in clinical medicine.The survey included learning equipment,traffic usage,class participation,problem-solving approaches,and students'self-learning ability.Results:Urban students were better than rural students in terms of learning equipment and network traffic(P<0.05).Boys and girls had different ways to deal with the problems in the learning process.Boys preferred to search for answers online,while girls preferred to review teaching videos or courseware.Medical students differed in their ability of self-learning.The information ability of urban students was higher than that of rural students,but the self-management ability of urban students was lower than that of rural students(P<0.05).The self-management ability of girls was higher than that of boys,but the information ability of girls was lower than that of boys(P<0.05).Students who could preview before class had stronger self-management ability(P<0.05).Students who listened carefully and participated in interaction had stronger learning cooperation ability(P<0.05).And students who finished homework on time had stronger self-management ability,information ability and learning cooperation ability(P<0.05).Conclusions:The COVID-19 epidemic has affected the learning status of medical students.There are differences between urban and rural areas and gender in online learning.Medical students with strong independent learning ability have better participation in online classes.
