摘要
在矿山开采的不同阶段都可能需要进行征迁活动,征迁成本直接影响决策。利用大比例尺地形图和倾斜摄影三维模型进行矿区范围内“零接触式”地表房屋征迁面积计算,为高效决策提供辅助。以漳州市漳浦县某矿区开采前期地表房屋面积计算项目为例,探讨了以倾斜实景三维模型数据辅助地形图更新,用iData数据工厂进行数据建库,并通过调用ArcGIS Engine相关接口搭建可视化界面工具来对房屋及房屋附属的结构和面积追加赋值,最终统计出房屋面积,为政府进行拆迁预算提供有力的数据支撑。
Land expropriation and housing demolition may happen at different stages of mining,and the costs will directly influence the decision making.With using a large-scale topographic map and a 3D model of oblique photography,the area of houses to be expropriated and demolished in a mining area can be calculated in a"contactless"way,and it provides assistance to make efficient decisions.This paper conducted a case study of the project of calculating the area of buildings on the ground in the preparatory stage of exploitation in a mining area of Zhangpu County of Zhangzhou,and discusses the use of real 3D model based on oblique photography to assist topographic map updating,and the use of iData data factory to build database,and by calling interface of ArcGIS Engine to build a visual interface to add values to the structure and area of the house and their attached parts,and finally calculate the area of the house.It provides strong data support for the government to carry out the demolition budget.
