硕士研究生学习性投入对学习收获影响的实证研究

摘要 在“以学为中心”的教育理念下,学生学习性投入与学习收获是评价学生学习与发展质量的关键指标,也是衡量高等教育质量的重要标尺。该研究在大学影响力模型的分析框架之下,采用问卷调查法对华南师范大学439名硕士研究生进行实证研究。研究发现,硕士研究生的学习性投入整体处于中等水平,学习收获处于中等水平。学习性投入对学生的学习收获具有显著影响,对学习收获最具解释力的因素是学业挑战度、校园环境支持度和主动合作学习水平。院校可通过完善课程体系、提高课程质量,加大支持力度、改善人际关系等措施促进学生的学习性投入,提升学习收获。 Under the educational concept of"learning-centered",students'learning input and learning harvest are not only the key indicators to evaluate the quality of students'learning and development,but also an important yardstick to measure the quality of higher education.Under the analysis framework of university influence model,this study uses the questionnaire method to make an empirical study on 439 postgraduates of South China Normal University.It is found that the learning investment of postgraduates is at a medium level as a whole,and the learning harvest is at a medium level.Learning input has a significant impact on students'learning harvest.The most explanatory factors for learning harvest are academic challenge,campus environment support and active cooperative learning level.Colleges and universities can promote students'learning investment and learning harvest by perfecting the curriculum system,improving the curriculum quality,increasing support and bettering interpersonal relations.
