摘要
膝骨性关节炎是一种骨关节退行性疾病,病情缠绵,患病率高,目前尚无根治的措施,针灸是临床常用的一种治疗措施,而古典针法是古代医家在长期医疗实践中不断积累、总结出的临床经验,以《黄帝内经》《金针赋》《针灸大成》等为代表的古典医籍,涉及取穴、刺法、补泻手法、进针数量、方向及深度等多方面内容,为了解古典针法在治疗KOA中的应用情况,通过梳理相关文献,为其临床应用提供依据。
Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease of bone and joint,with lingering condition and high prevalence.Research shows that there is no radical cure measure at present.Acupuncture is a commonly used clinical treatment measure,and classical acupuncture is the clinical experience accumulated and summarized by ancient doctors in longterm medical practice.The classical medical books represented by Huangdi Neijing,Jinzhen Fu,Zhenjiu Dacheng etc,involve many aspects,such as acupoint selection,needling,reinforcing and reducing techniques,number,direction and depth of needles.In order to understand the application of classical acupuncture in the treatment of KOA,literature review is carried out to provide basis for its clinical application.
