摘要
为了破解技术创新网络的创新催化机制,研究分析了技术创新网络惯例复制对创新催化的影响,剖析了资源拼凑的中介作用以及分裂断层的调节作用,结合我国企业的实践数据进行了实证检验。结果表明:惯例复制是实现技术创新网络创新催化的关键支撑,常规惯例复制、柔性惯例复制依赖于差异化的共创能力催化了组织间的创新涌现;资源拼凑作为惯例复制偏好的网络行为表现,在惯例复制与创新催化间发挥差异化的中介作用,选择拼凑在常规惯例复制与创新催化间起部分中介作用,并行拼凑在柔性惯例复制与创新催化间起部分中介作用;分裂断层负向调节选择拼凑对创新催化的影响,且对选择拼凑的中介作用具有显著抑制作用,存在被调节的中介效应;分裂断层对并行拼凑与创新催化之间、以及并行拼凑的中介作用均不存在显著调节作用。研究结论对于拓展价值共创的创新催化理论,构建先发与后发企业协同的创新生态系统具有重要意义。
With the transformation of China’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development, the key conditions to implement innovation driven strategy is embedded in the global open innovation network. Technological innovation network has gradually evolved into an innovation ecosystem with different participants, including not only the leader of innovation, but also the catalyst of innovation. Innovation catalysts is becoming the process of value co-creation to realize innovation ecology. However existing studies of innovation catalysts focus on the enabling conditions emerging from diverse knowledge cliques: access to diverse external knowledge, awareness of colleagues’ knowledge needs, and willingness to share knowledge. The embedding structure of diverse knowledge clique is still difficult to fully explain the management practices, and ignore the function of excellent organizational routines and the continuous effect on organizational innovations. Both the earlier-developing firms and the latecomer firms were expected to replicate the excellent routines template(technology, rules, experience, etc.)to realize innovation value. however, Some enterprises realize the transition to catch-up, while some enterprises fall into the replication dilemma. To uncover the micro mechanism of innovation catalyst in technology innovation network is becoming an important unresolved theoretical problem. In view of the above research status and practical background, this paper construct a theoretical framework among the catalyst of innovation, routines replication, resources bricolage and divisive faultline. Then this paper analyze the routines replication and effect on the catalyst of innovation, and further analyze the mediating effect of resources bricolage and the moderated effect of divisive faultlines. This paper constructed a moderated mediating effect model. Snowball sampling of nomination method was adopted to collect sample data.Then an empirical test was made by multiple regressions with high-tech enterprises. T
