摘要
CaCl_(2)-DTPA提取法是目前已用较多的土壤有效态元素的浸提方法,通常适用于中性、酸性和石灰性土壤中有效锌、铁、铜、锰、镉和汞等元素的提取,而对有效态砷的提取方法则鲜有企及。本实验采用原子荧光法测定农用地土壤有效态砷,对土液比、振荡时间、振荡速度进行了正交实验设计,以找出CaCl_(2)-DTPA提取剂测定土壤有效砷的最优提取条件。试验结果表明:CaCl_(2)-DTPA作为土壤有效砷的提取剂时,最优的提取条件为土液比1:10,振荡时间90 min,振荡速度200 r/min。
CaCl_(2)-DTPA extraction method is one of the most widely used extraction methods for soil available elements.It is usually suitable for the extraction of available elements such as zinc,iron,copper,manganese,cadmium and mercury in neutral,acidic and calcareous soils,while the extraction method for available elements such as arsenic is rarely achieved.In this study,atomic fluorescence method was used to determine soil available arsenic in agricultural land,and orthogonal experiment design was carried out on soil-liquid ratio,oscillation time and oscillation velocity,in order to find out the optimal extraction conditions of CaCL_(2)-DTPA extractant for the determination of soil available arsenic.The results show that when CaCl_(2)-DTPA is used as the extraction agent of soil available arsenic,the optimal extraction conditions are soil liquid ratio 1:10,oscillation time 90 mins,and oscillation speed 200 r/min.
