摘要
老年数字鸿沟是教育发展不平衡不充分问题的突出表现,是实现共同富裕在教育领域面临的突出问题。无论从浙江的发展特色,还是从先行示范的标准来看,消除老年数字鸿沟,都是浙江实现“全民共富、全面共富、共建共富”的高质量发展、建设共同富裕示范区的必然要求。针对老年数字鸿沟在接入沟、使用沟和知识沟等三个层面的因析,提出“在政府维度,构建关爱包容的数字社会;在企业维度,开发应用友好的数字产品;在教育维度,推进人本关怀的终身教育;在家庭维度,营造互融反哺的学习氛围”等措施。多向度促进老年人融入数字生活,推进社会主义现代化建设,助推全体人民的共同富裕。
The elderly digital divide is not only a prominent manifestation of the unbalanced and inadequate development of education and a prominent problem that hinders common prosperity in the field of education.From the perspective of the characteristics of Zhejiang development or from the standard of building a demonstration zone,eliminating the elderly digital divide is necessary for Zhejiang to achieve the high-quality development under the principles of“common prosperity for all,including all and constructed by all”and to build a common prosperity demonstration zone.Based on the analysis of the digital divide at the three levels such as the access gap,the use gap and the knowledge gap,this paper proposes such measures as“building a caring and inclusive digital society in the government dimension;developing application-friendly digital products in the enterprise dimension;promoting lifelong education with humanistic care in the education dimension;and creating a learning atmosphere with mutual integration and back feeding in the family dimension”,so as to promote the integration of the elderly into digital life in all respects as a way to boost socialist modernization and the common prosperity for all.
