摘要
黄芪为“疮家圣药”,有“补气之长”,从古至今在医学界占据重要作用。随着黄芪功用的不断演变,其补诸虚劳损治小儿百病之功日趋凸显,托毒排脓敛疮生肌主治痈疽久败疮之功效逐渐淡化。事实上,无论是古籍记载,还是现代医学药理作用研究,均表明黄芪在痈疽及难愈疮面诸疾方面疗效颇佳。
Milkvetch root,hailed as a"holy medicine for sores"and having the"strength of tonifying qi",has been playing an important role in medical practice since ancient times.With the continuous evolution of the function of milkvetch root,its action as a tonic for various deficiencies and chronic strains to cure diseases in children has been increasingly highlighted,while its effect of treating ulcers and chronic sores in resolving toxins,expelling pus,astringing sores and promoting granulation has gradually been neglected.As a matter of fact,both ancient classics and modern pharmacological studies have shown that milkvetch root is quite effective in treating ulcers and chronic sores.
