摘要
电压门控钙通道(voltage-gated calcium channels,VGCC)能够参与调节多种可兴奋性细胞和非兴奋性细胞的生理活动,其中T型钙通道在神经元中产生低阈值钙尖峰并影响动作电位放电模式,在神经递质释放、树突共振现象及基因表达调控中起着关键作用[1]。在血管平滑肌细胞中调节肌源性张力,在内分泌细胞中调节激素的分泌,以及在精子中调节顶体反应。
Voltage-gated calciumchannels are controlled byα1 subunit coding.According to the genotype ofα1 subunit,they can be divided into Cav1,Cav2 and Cav3 families.The Cav3 subfamily controls T-type calcium channel and conducts T-type Ca^(2+)current.Compared with other Ca^(2+)currents,T-type Ca^(2+)current has the characteristics of rapid voltage-dependent deactivation.In sinoatrial node,T-type calcium channel is an important part of conducting pacing current.T-type calcium channel is regulated by hormones such as angiotensin,adrenaline and aldosterone.It plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases such as congenital heart block,myocardial hypertrophy and arrhythmia,and regulates the contraction and relaxation of blood vessels.This article reviews the structure and function of T-type calcium channel and its role in cardiovascular diseases.
