摘要
文章从耕地保护和用途管制分析了非粮化整治的大背景,并从统筹粮食安全和渔业持续发展提出了粮渔配套生态模式。
This paper analyzes the background of non-food regulation from the perspective of farmland protection and use control,and puts forward the supporting ecological model of grain and fishery from the perspective of coordinating food security and fishery sustainable development.
