摘要
针对钛合金/CFRP叠层自动制孔参数优化问题,分别对钛合金啄钻参数、转速、进给量以及复合材料转速、进给量进行优化试验。对钛合金进行啄钻参数试验,结合钛合金切屑形貌和加工效率,得出啄钻参数为0.4mm时,制孔刀具啄钻加工参数最佳。依据孔壁表面粗糙度对制孔参数进行考察,结合刀具磨损情况和制孔轴向力分析,得出刀具的制孔参数为:钛合金转速400r/min,进给量0.100mm/r,CFRP转速3000r/min,进给量0.012mm/r。结果表明,此时制孔轴向力和刀具磨损量最小,制孔质量最优。
Concerning the problem of optimization of technological parameter on automatic drilling of titanium alloy/CFRP laminated materials,the experiment is carried out about vibration drilling parameter,speed,feed speed of titanium alloy and speed,feed speed of CFRP.The experiment about vibration drilling parameter is carried out,the best vibration drilling parameter is 0.4mm considering the smear metal shape and process efficiency.The experiment about cutting drilling parameter is carried out,the best technological parameters are 400r/min,0.100mm/r on titanium alloy and 3000r/min,0.012mm/r on CFRP.The result shows the thrust force and wear of cutting tool is the least,the hole quality is best.
