摘要
老年教育普惠发展是实现共同富裕的应然要求和实然之路,而应用场景建设则是老年教育普惠共享的落脚点和出发点。由此,普惠性老年教育应用场景构建应按照普惠共享、思想引领、价值实现、数智赋能、统筹共建等原则,融合教育性与文化性,实现“老有所学”与“老有所为”之目标。具体到实践层面,普惠性老年教育应用场景基于“空间+老年教育大脑+应用场景”总体框架,创设线上与线下联通、虚拟与现实融通的乐龄幸福课堂、乐享健康港湾、数智赋能空间、“银龄行动”驿站、老年学分银行等应用场景,并通过构建“老年教育大脑”实现多场景协同与多源数据融通,从而弥合“数字鸿沟”,构建起老年人快乐学习、自我完善的价值塑造空间。
The inclusive development of senior education is the idealistic requirement and the actual road of common prosperity. In this process, the construction of application scenes is the foothold and starting point of the inclusive senior education.Therefore, constructing application scenes should follow rules like inclusive, sharing, overall planning, joint construction, digital intellectual empowerment, ideological guidance and value realization. In addition, it needs to make a combination of education and culture, realizing goals that the senior can learn and do something. To build a happy learning and self-improvement space for the senior in practice, the overall structure should be a combination of space, senior education brain and application scenes.Application scenes, including Happiness Classroom, Healthy Harbor, Senior Academic Credit Banks and the like, should be online and offline integration, and virtual and real integration. In addition, the senior education brains should be built to realize the multiscene collaboration and data integration.
