摘要
文章介绍了剪力销在减隔震支座设计中的作用,结合现有行业规范和减隔震支座剪力销应用工况,考虑车辆动载引起桥梁上部主体结构对支座冲击力和冲击频次的作用,对剪力销的剪断力和疲劳性能的设计方法进行了研究;采用有限元分析方法,对三种剪力销结构形式进行了仿真分析,得出剪力销最优结构形式为U形剪力销,为剪力销结构设计提供了有益的方法和思路。
The paper introduces the role of shear pins in the design of seismic isolation bearings. Combined with the existing industry specifications and the application conditions of shear pins for seismic isolation bearings, considering the impact force and impact frequency of the upper main structure of the bridge on the bearings caused by vehicle dynamic load, the design method of shear force and fatigue performance of shear pins is studied. Using finite element analysis method, three kinds of shear pin structural forms are simulated and analyzed. It is concluded that the optimal structural form of shear pin is U-shaped shear pin, which provides useful methods and ideas for the structural design of shear pins.
