摘要
文章在开展国内EPC项目造价研究工作的基础上,从EPC总承包的角度对设计和施工阶段的造价控制工作的影响因素进行研究。邀请相关专家对其重要程度进行打分,得到权重等级排序结果后,结合专家采访论证和项目本身的特点进行分析,并提出相应的控制对策,进而为同期项目提供参考依据。
Based on the work of domestic EPC project cost research, this paper studies influencing factors of cost control work in design and construction stages from the perspective of EPC general contracting, screens out influencing factors of the cost and invites relevant experts to score their importance. after getting the weight ranking results, it analyzes the results combined with expert interview demonstrations and the characteristics of the project itself, and proposes corresponding control countermeasures, thereby providing references for the same period of the project.
