摘要
房屋建筑工程中的造价控制工作具有重要意义,不仅可以起到一定规避风险的作用,还能够提升企业的经济效益,甚至与企业的核心竞争力之间存在密切关联性。为此,文章对全过程造价控制策略进行研究,首先简要阐述房屋建筑工程全过程造价控制的作用和原则,然后指出房屋建筑工程造价管理的特点,接着分析房屋建筑工程全过程造价控制策略的具体运用,提出一系列优化建议,以此为房屋建筑工程和相关企业的健康发展提供保障。
The cost control work in housing construction projects is of great significance. It can not only play a role in avoiding risks, but also enhance the economic benefits of enterprises, and even has a close relationship with the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this regard, this paper studies the whole process cost control strategy. Firstly, it briefly expounds the function and principles of the whole process cost control of housing construction projects, then points out the characteristics of the cost management of housing construction projects, and analyzes the specific application of the whole process cost control strategy of housing construction project, and puts forward a series of optimization suggestions, so as to provide guarantee for the healthy development of housing construction projects and related enterprises.
