摘要
文章以空港大道二期工程为例,对碗扣式满堂支架在现浇大悬臂盖梁中的应用进行分析。根据各墩位地质情况,选用不同基础处理方式,然后通过荷载分析,对满堂支架的稳定性与承载力进行验算,根据验算合格的支架设计图纸搭设碗扣式满堂支架施工大悬臂盖梁。实践表明,碗扣式满堂支架在此工程现浇大悬臂盖梁施工中安全可靠,稳定性良好,经济可行。
Taking Airport Avenue phase II project as an example, this paper analyzes the application of bowl-buckle full-house supports in cast-in-place large cantilever cover beams. According to the geological conditions of each pier location, different foundation treatment methods are selected, and then the stability and bearing capacity of the fullhouse supports are checked and calculated through load analysis. According to the qualified support design drawings,the bowl-buckle full-house supports are set up to construct large cantilever cover beams. Practice shows that the bowl-buckle full-house support is safe, reliable, stable and economical in the construction of cast-in-place large cantilever cover beams in this project.
