摘要
直流锅炉给水控制系统的主要任务是在低负荷时保持给水流量不低于锅炉最低要求给水量,满足机组不同负荷下给水量的要求。给水泵是给水输送过程中的重要设备,而汽动给水泵因其可大幅降低机组厂用电而被大型火电机组所青睐。汽动给水泵的安全可靠运行尤为重要。本文以某电厂2号机汽泵组实际运行情况为例,分析2号机组汽泵轴承温度测量系统缺陷次数过多的原因,通过接线盒移位,更换电缆等对策,减少2号机汽泵组轴承温度测量系统缺陷次数,提高了汽泵组轴承温度测量的准确性、可靠性,为机组长周期安全稳定运行提供了有力保障。同时解决了温度元件渗油问题,避免接线盒内积润滑油,消除了小机房内火灾隐患。
e main task of the DC boiler water supply control system is to keep the water supply flow not lower than the minimum required water supply of the boiler at low load,so as to meet the requirements of the water supply under different loads of the unit.The water supply pump is an important equipment in the water supply process,and the pneumatic water supply pump is favored by large thermal power units because it can greatly reduce the power consumption of the unit.The safe and reliable operation of the steam feed pump is particularly important.Taking the actual operation of the steam pump in Unit 2 of a power plant as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for the excessive number of defects in the temperature measurement system of the steam pump bearing in Unit #2.Through the displacement of the junction box and the replacement of cables,the number of defects in the temperature measurement system of the No.2 steam pump bearing is reduced,and the accuracy of the temperature measurement of the steam pump bearing is improved.Rely on sex.It provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the long-term cycle of the unit.At the same time,the problem of oil seepage of temperature elements is solved,lubricating oil in the junction box is avoided,and the hidden danger of fire in the small computer room is eliminated.
