摘要
目的:观察行为疗法联合普拉克索治疗早发型帕金森病伴抑郁症患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年3月该院收治的86例早发型帕金森病伴抑郁症患者进行前瞻性研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组接受普拉克索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合行为疗法治疗,比较两组治疗前后抑郁情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分、认知功能[简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)]评分和帕金森症状[帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)]评分。结果:治疗后,两组HAMD和第1、2、3部分UPDRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行为疗法联合普拉克索治疗早发型帕金森病伴抑郁症患者可降低抑郁情绪和帕金森症状评分,提高认知功能评分,效果优于单纯普拉克索治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of behavior therapy combined with Pramipexole on early-onset Parkinson’s disease with depression.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 patients with early-onset Parkinson’s disease with depression admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to March 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pramipexole,while the observation group was treated with behavioral therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The depression score[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],the cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)],and the Parkinson’s symptoms[unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS)]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the HAMD and the first,second and third parts of UPDRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the MMSE scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Behavioral therapy combined with Pramipexole in the treatment of early-onset Parkinson’s disease with depression can reduce the depression score and the Parkinson’s symptom score,and improve the cognitive function score.Moreover,it is superior to single Pramipexole treatment.
