摘要
本篇主要引入HACCP管理体系应用于可降解塑料(PLA)吸管生产企业,分析可降解吸管生产企业的关键控制点及关键控制参数,并设计相应的表单进行记录。企业可利用相关记录数据分析产品问题原因、追溯问题关控点、改良生产工艺,一方面为可降解塑料吸管生产企业的质量安全管理起到了规范作用,另一方面极大地推进了可降解塑料吸管生产企业的自身发展。
This chapter mainly introduces HACCP management system and applies it to biodegradable plastic(PLA)straw manufacturers,analyzes the key control points and key control parameters of biodegradable straw manufacturers,and designs corresponding forms for recording.The enterprise can use the relevant recorded data to analyze the causes of product problems,trace the problem control points,and improve the production process.On the one hand,it has standardized the quality and safety management of the degradable plastic straw manufacturers,and on the other hand,it has greatly promoted the self-development of the degradable plastic straw manufacturers.
