煤炭行业的高质量发展推动了煤炭的全新变革,对煤炭全业务流程提出新的要求。煤矿开采环节设备众多,设备的可靠性、稳定性、安全性、可操作性直接关系到煤矿的安全绿色高效开采。在煤炭供需不平衡的背景下,要求设备管理必须具有可靠性、稳定性、低风险性并且有利于工人的安全操作。煤矿机电设备在线诊断及健康管理系统通过在设备核心部位和关键机构增加传感和数据采集装置,综合利用新一代信息、网络、人工智能技术搭建机电设备在线诊断及健康管理系统,该系统对采集数据实时分析、深度挖掘,可实现煤矿核心设备运行状态信息的预诊断,以便更精准地指导设备预防性检修、维护、保养。本系统的成功应用提高了煤矿机电设备安全生产管理水平,促进了煤矿信息化、智能化发展。
The high-quality development of the coal industry has promoted the new reform of coal and put forward new requirements for the whole business process of coal.There are many equipment in coal mining.The reliability,stability,safety and operability of the equipment are directly related to the safe,green and efficient mining of coal mine.Under the background of unbalanced supply and demand of coal,equipment management is required to be reliable,stable,low-risk and conducive to the safe operation of workers.The on-line diagnosis and health management system of coal mine electromechanical equipment builds an on-line diagnosis and health management system of electromechanical equipment by adding sensing and data acquisition devices in the core parts and key institutions of the equipment and comprehensively using the new generation of information,network and artificial intelligence technology.The system can analyze and deeply mine the collected data in real time,so as to realize the pre diagnosis of the operation status information of coal mine core equipment,so as to guide the preventive maintenance of equipment more accurately Maintenance.The successful application of this system improves the safety production management level of coal mine electromechanical equipment and promotes the development of coal mine informatization and intelligence.
