摘要
提取美白产品SammiWhite中总抗氧化成分进行抗氧化活性研究。在70%的乙醇溶液中,于55℃、60 W超声提取三次,每次提取15 min,提取液5000转离心后合并上清液,用旋转蒸发仪减压浓缩后真空干燥得到SammiWhite提取物(SW),然后采用DPPH法对其体外抗氧化活性进行考察评价,并以抗坏血酸(Vc)作为对照。实验结果显示:SW清除DPPH的半数清除浓度IC_(50)=0.288 mg/mL,Vc清除DPPH的半数清除浓度则为IC_(50)=0.338 mg/mL。SW的清除自由基能力明显高于Vc,且呈剂量相关性。
Total antioxidant components from SammiWhite were extracted.Its antioxidative activity was assessed.In 70%ethanol solution,at 55℃,60 W ultrasonic extraction three times,each extraction 15 min,the extract was centrifuged and the supernatant was combined,and the supernatant was rotary evaporated to recover ethanol to obtain SammiWhite extract(SW).Then,DPPH method was used to evaluate its anti-oxidant activity in vitro,and ascorbic acid(Vc)was used as a control.The experimental results showed that the median elimination concentration(IC_(50))amounts of SW and Vc were 0.288 mg/mL and 0.338 mg/mL,respectively.The free radical scavenging ability of SW was significantly higher than that of Vc,and in a dose-dependent manner.
