摘要 日光中的紫外线是影响人类健康的一个重要因素。皮肤是直接受到紫外线辐射的器官,也是最先受损的免疫器官。紫外线辐射不仅引起皮肤红斑、色素沉着及光老化等急慢性皮肤损伤,还通过引起皮肤释放先天免疫介质和影响免疫细胞间的相互作用调节皮肤免疫系统。紫外线对皮肤免疫系统的调节机制十分复杂,且紫外线诱导皮肤免疫抑制一直是光学免疫领域的研究热点,本文就紫外线对皮肤免疫系统的影响作一综述。 Ultraviolet radiation in sunlight is an important factor affecting human health.The skin is an organ that is directly exposed to ultraviolet radiation and the first immune organ to be damaged.Ultraviolet radiation not only causes acute and chronic skin damage such as erythema,pigmentation and photoaging,but also regulates the skin’s immune system by causing the skin to release innate immune mediators and affecting the interaction between immune cells.The regulation mechanism of ultraviolet on the skin immune system is very complicated,and ultraviolet-induced skin immunosuppression has been a research hotspot in the field of optical immunity.This article will review the effects of ultraviolet on the skin immune system.
