摘要
文章从梳理国家促进科研成果转化的相关法律法规出发,深入探讨了水利软科学科技成果转化中应注意的几个问题,并对成果转化奖励中可能出现的问题进行了分析,从而提出一些合理的建议,以期加快水利软科学科技成果转化,助力科技发展。
Starting from relevant laws and regulations for promoting the transformation of scientific research findings,this paper discusses several issues that should be paid attention to in the transformation of soft water scientific and technological research findings.Then it analyzes the possible problems in the incentive measures for transformation,and puts forward recommendations,with the aim of speeding up the transformation of soft water scientific and technological research findings and boosting scientific and technological advancement.
