植物油酸糠醇酯成膜助剂的工艺研究

摘要 以糠醇和亚油酸、糠醇和油酸为原料,在催化剂、带水剂存在的条件下加热到一定温度进行酯化反应,合成得到的是一种环境友好型水性涂料成膜助剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量、原料种类对成膜助剂在水性乳液中成膜效果的影响。筛选出较为适宜的反应条件为:油酸与糠醇、亚油酸与糠醇反应的原料配比都是1∶1.25,离子液体催化剂用量为油酸(亚油酸)质量的1%,带水剂环己烷为油酸(亚油酸)质量的3倍,反应时间3 h,糠醇与油酸的较优反应温度为80℃,糠醇与亚油酸较优反应温度为90℃。与其他植物油酸相比,以亚油酸和油酸为原料制备的糠醇酯具有更好的成膜效果,相容性较好。 With furfuryl alcohol and linoleic acid,furfuryl alcohol and oleic acid as raw materials,in the presence of catalyst and water-carrying agent,heated to a certain temperature for chemical reaction,a film forming additive for environmentally friendly waterborne coatings was synthesized.The effects of the reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of raw materials,catalyst dosage and raw material type on the film forming effect of the film forming additive in waterborne emulsion were investigated,and the suitable reaction conditions were selected:n(oleic acid)∶n(furfuryl alcohol)=1∶1.25,n(linoleic acid)∶n(furfuryl alcohol)=1∶1.25,ionic liquid catalyst dosage being 1%of the oleic acid(linoleic acid)weight,water-carrying agent cyclohexane weight being 3 times the oleic acid(linoleic acid)weight,reaction time being 3 h,reaction temperature for furfuryl alcohol and oleic acid being 80℃,and reaction temperature for furfuryl alcohol and linoleic acid being 90℃.Compared with other plant oleic acids,furfuryl alcohol oleate prepared with linoleic acid and oleic acid as raw materials has better film forming effect,and good compatibility.
