摘要
文章回顾了数字出版从概念的出现到正式成为独立产业类别的全过程。从五年规划、政策法规、国家重大工程、基地(园区)、实验室、标准、奖项、会展和工作会议、产业项目库等九方面梳理了20年来数字出版产业政策变迁,指出政府部门的鼓励措施是数字出版产业一直保持快速发展的重要原因之一。中国新闻出版研究院依据有关方面汇总而成的数据,详细描述了20年来数字出版产业规模始终处于高速增长的发展状态。近些年来,数字出版增速虽然放缓,但仍然保持两位数的增长,是出版产业各门类中增长最强劲的部分,发展数字出版产业是保持出版产业较快发展、保持出版产业在文化产业中地位不降的最佳选择。
The process of digital publishing is examined in the paper,from the conception of the idea to its formalization as an independent industrial category.The shifts in the industry policies over the past 20 years have been broken down into nine categories,including five-year plans,policies and regulations,significant national projects,industrial bases(parks),laboratories,standards,awards,exhibitions and conferences,industrial project libraries,et.,highlighting that one of the key factors contributing the rapid development of the industry is the government incentives.According to the data collected by the Chinese Academy of Press and Publication,this paper describes in detail that the scale of digital publishing industry has always been in a state of rapid growth in the past 20 years.Despite a recent slowdown in growth,digital publishing has continued to grow at a double-digit rate and is the strongest growing part in all categories of the publishing industry.The development of digital publishing industry is the best choice to maintain the fast development of the publishing industry and the status of the publishing industry in the cultural industry.
