摘要 随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,中国企业在阿尔及利亚基础设施建设领域市场份额逐年增长,在当地与先期进入市场的欧美企业的竞争日趋激烈。中国企业需要由传统的企业发展战略提升到以技术创新引领、充分利用企业知识产权的战略来增强海外竞争力,以期在激烈的竞争中胜出。通过对阿尔及利亚知识产权制度、基础设施领域专利数据、国外竞争对手企业等方面进行调研分析,研究制定中国企业在当地的专利布局策略,协助中国企业有效规避可能存在的国外公司的技术威胁,为建立具有自主知识产权的技术体系提供专利布局支持,从而有效攻破国外企业的技术壁垒,建立自身知识产权围墙,增强中国企业“走出去”的竞争实力。 With the further promotion of the“the Belt and Road”initiative,the market share of Chinese enterprises in the field of infrastructure construction in Algeria has increased year by year,and the local competition with European and American enterprises that entered the market in advance has become increasingly fierce.Chinese enterprises need to upgrade from the traditional enterprise development strategy to the strategy of leading by technological innovation and making full use of their intellectual property rights to enhance their overseas competitiveness in order to win in the fierce competition.Through the investigation and analysis of Algeria’s intellectual property system,patent data in the field of infrastructure,foreign competitor enterprises and other aspects,we will research and formulate the local patent layout strategy of Chinese enterprises in Algeria,assist Chinese enterprises to effectively avoid the possible technical threats of foreign companies,and provide patent layout support for the establishment of a technical system with independent intellectual property rights,so as to effectively break through the technical barriers of foreign enterprises and build their own intellectual property walls,enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in“go globally”strategy as a result.
