摘要
输水隧洞变质石英砂岩段洞身微裂隙涌水,较长涌水段落将增大排水系统负担,同时对连续皮带机、TBM等设备运行带来不利影响。结合晋中引黄输水隧洞施工,针对变质石英砂岩洞身较长段落微裂隙涌水,通过试验研发了适用于洞身变质石英砂岩微裂隙的抗裂快凝快硬的新型注浆材料,优选了最佳配比;设计了基于TBM法隧洞施工的钻孔用移动台车,提高了径向注浆钻孔精度和施工效率。并通过注浆孔设计、钻注顺序、注浆压力和速率控制,取得了较好的堵水效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The water gushing from the microfissures of the metamorphic quartz sandstone section of the water conveyance tunnel will increase the burden of the drainage system in the long water gushing section,and will adversely affect the operation of the continuous belt conveyor,TBM and other equipment.In combination with the construction of the water diversion tunnel from the Yellow River in Jinzhong,aiming at the water gushing from the microfractures in the long section of the metamorphic quartz sandstone tunnel body,this paper has developed a new type of anti crack,fast setting and fast hardening grouting material suitable for the microfractures in the metamorphic quartz sandstone tunnel body through tests,and has optimized the optimal ratio;a mobile drilling trolley based on TBM method is designed for tunnel construction,which improves the drilling accuracy and construction efficiency of radial grouting.Through grouting hole design,drilling sequence,grouting pressure and rate control,good water plugging effect has been achieved,which provides reference for similar projects.
