重复经颅磁刺激联合智能运动训练系统对脑卒中患者步行能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的对脑卒中患者使用重复经颅磁刺激联合智能运动训练系统的康复方案,观察和分析其对脑卒中患者步行能力的影响。方法选取2021年6月至12月的赣南医学院第三附属医院的80例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在采用对照组治疗方法的基础上结合重复经颅磁刺激联合智能运动训练系统进行治疗。比较两组患者的下肢运动功能(FMA-LE)、步行功能分级(FAC)、平衡功能(BBS)和日常生活活动能力(MBI)。结果治疗前,两组患者的FMA-LE、FAC、BBS、MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者的FMA-LE、FAC、BBS、MBI评分高于本组治疗前,且观察组的FMA-LE、FAC、BBS、MBI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重复经颅磁刺激联合智能运动训练系统能够更加有效地改善脑卒中患者下肢运动功能,提升患者的步行能力和日常生活活动能力。 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of rehabilitation program of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with intelligent motor training system on walking ability of stroke patients.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from June to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with intelligent motor training system on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.Fugl-Meyer assessment:lower extremity(FMA-LE),functional ambyiation category scale(FAC),Berg balance scale(BBS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in FMA-LE,FAC,BBS and MBI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of FMA-LE,FAC,BBS and MBI in two groups were higher than those before treatment,the scores of FMA-LE,FAC,BBS and MBI in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistically significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with intelligent motor training system can improve the lower extremities motor function of stroke patients more effectively,improve walking ability and the ability of daily living activities of patients.
