摘要
在测绘地理信息工作全面融入自然资源管理的大背景下,阐释了测绘地理信息工作与国土空间规划的供需关系;基于“供需”关系,提出了国土空间规划测绘地理信息支撑保障思路;从测绘地理信息支撑保障国土空间规划的视角,结合四川省实际案例,分析了规划准备阶段、规划编制阶段、规划实施监督阶段技术服务支撑实践,为测绘地理信息支撑保障国土空间管控工作提供参考。
Under the background of fully integrating surveying and mapping geographic information into natural resource management, this paper explains the supply-demand relationship between surveying and mapping geographic information and territorial spatial planning, and puts forward the idea of supporting territorial spatial planning by surveying and mapping geographic information based on the "supply-demand" relationship. From the perspective of supporting and ensuring territorial spatial planning by surveying and mapping geographic information, combined with the actual case of Sichuan province, this paper analyzes the supporting practice of the whole life cycle of planning, and provides reference for the support of surveying and mapping geographic information to ensure the territorial space management and control.
