摘要
近些年来,由于骨内固定术后所发生问题和随后的临床处理日益受到关注,因此CT给骨内固定术后并发症情况的判断和处理也带来了帮助,但金属内固定置入物所引起的伪影却阻碍了术后患者的治疗。怎样处理因治疗过程中所采用的金属内固定置人物而形成的金属伪影,成为临床医师们关心的重点。为明确能谱CT图像方法临床实用价值,并力求为金属材料植入物患者疾病、治疗过程提供参考依据,本文对能谱CT图像方法在去除金属材料植入物伪影过程中的运用做一综述。
In recent years,due to the increasing attention to the problems that occur after internal fixation and the subsequent clinical treatment,CT has also brought help to the judgment and treatment of complications after internal fixation,but metal internal fixation However,the artifact caused by the object hinders the treatment of postoperative patients.How to deal with the metal artifacts formed by the metal internal fixation used in the treatment process has become the focus of clinicians.In order to clarify the clinical practical value of the spectral CT image method,and strive to provide a reference for the disease and treatment process of patients with metal implants,the application of the energy spectral CT image method in the process of removing the artifacts of metal implants is discussed in this paper.
